The Dianopolis Gold Property is situated in the vicinity of
the gold mining town of' Dianopolis, State of Tocantins, Brazil, some 500 km North of
Brasilia, DF. Access by paved federal highways and by air.
Geology Summary:
Areas are located within Almas-Dianopolis gold bearing
granite-greenstone belt intruded by ultramafic massifs and granites. The green stone belt
is compressed between two massifs of quartz-diorite tonalites. It is 2-5 km wide
traversing the area from SW to NE. The green stones range from chlorite schists to mostly
fine grained chloritised mafic metavolcanics, fairly fractured.
Geochemistry Summary:
Stream sediment geochemical survey within the claim areas
executed by teh CO outlined a belt some 5km long and 1 km wide with anomalous gold,
arsenic, copper and cobalt values. During topographic survey for laying out of soil
geochemical sampling grid old artisanal gold digging trench was discovered. One grab
sample taken assayed 3.0 g/ton gold.

Other:
The known gold occurrences in the area are associated to this
volcano-sedimentary complex, either at the greenstone micaschist contact (the Tapuios mine
within the town of Dianopolis) or near the axial zone of a major synform (the garimpos
Buzina, Lavrinha and Santa Maria). Near Almas, some 40km WNW from Dianopolis at the CVRD
Paiol gold mining complex gold occurs in the green stone. The enclosed metalogenic map by
CPRM shows distribution of gold occurrences in the region.
