The mining claims were discovered by Mr. Norman Whitaker. Mr.
Whitaker spent some 70 years acquiring the finest mineral claims ever found. The U.S.
government challenged Mr. Whitaker's claims 4 separate times in court and lost each time.
Mr. Whitaker then filed suit against the U.S. government and won a $52,000 claim which was
settled for $32,000 cash. I mention this to show how solid Mr. Whitakers claims are.
There are hundreds of millions of tons of various minerals available with very little
overburden. Most claims are surface accessible. On one claim alone there are about 14
million tons of high grade premium lump surface iron, 69.90 % fe 02 magnatite (almost pure
iron ore) .
